About

Founder-led. Built around the work.

I'm Nathaniel Wright, founder of Orange Box Productions. I lead every project directly and build the team around the work, bringing in trusted people for the roles and scale each production requires.

I've spent more than ten years doing this in the real world. At Russell Video, I shot and edited work for the University of Michigan, EMU Athletics, Michigan Medicine, and XPO Logistics. At RealTruck, I was a cinematographer and sole camera operator across more than 100 branded, product, lifestyle, and executive shoots. At the NBA, I handle broadcast-standard color grading for archival footage and help keep a demanding media pipeline running. Camera, lighting, edit, color: I know what each part needs because I've been responsible for all of them.

Clients get one direct creative relationship from scope through delivery. The idea stays coherent, the decisions stay connected and responsibility never gets passed from department to department.

Each project is crewed around its actual needs. I bring in trusted collaborators for the roles the work calls for while keeping the creative and production moving in the same direction.
